Mast Rotation Sensors
We had a fun an interesting presentation at March’s NWMA monthly meeting. Bill and Fred discuss their different methods for compensating Apparent Wind Angle for Mast Rotation. A true DIY Honeywell angle sensor and a Raspberry Pi installation vs. a mostly off-off-the-shelf installation using B&G, Garmin and ShipModul products.
